We are seeking a proactive and growth-focused Senior Sales Executive to drive Lenovo's ambitious growth in Sustainability services in our commercial business. We are on the lookout for dynamic individuals who thrive on challenges in pursuing new business opportunities and have a proven history of securing high-impact, sustainability deals. This role is at the forefront of our strategy to drive value for our customers through services and solutions. Successful candidates will get an opportunity to make a substantial impact in advancing this strategy and also accelerate personal growth.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Opportunity Pursuits: Proactively pursue new business opportunities, focusing on asset recovery services across infrastructure and client devices along with Lenovo Recertified Refurbished Devices for Commercial customers. Prioritizing acquisition deals and structuring deals that align with long-term objectives for both clients and Lenovo.
Swift Deal Execution: Streamline the sales process from both the client and internal sales perspective to close deals quickly while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction. Transition seamlessly to the next strategic opportunity after deal closure.
New Business Acquisition: Develop and execute a strategic approach for lead generation and prospect engagement within target customer organizations. Leverage strong prospecting skills to identify and initiate contact with potential clients with a persuasive approach to close deals effectively.
Relationship Building And Collaboration: Operate as a Sustainability domain specialist collaborating with front end sales team. Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, with both internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with other in-territory counterparts and matrix teams to achieve the shared goal of growth. This role requires up to 50% travel.
Basic Qualifications

8+ years of direct selling experience selling sustainability solutions including asset recovery and refurbished IT solutions
Large and complex deal exposure to Sustainability services - experienced with selling sustainability solutions to large enterprise customers ($billion+ revenues) while leading a diverse team of deal support resources
Preferred Qualifications

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in challenging situations.
High level business financial acumen and proven experience in succeeding in a fast paced environment
Collaborative approach to meeting business objectives and ability to influence at all levels of matrixed organizations
Strong understanding of Commercial customers sustainability goals
Influential executive presence leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
In CA, CO, CT, DC, HI IL, MD, MA, MN, NV, NJ, NY, OR, RI, WA the base salary range budgeted for this position is $192,000 – $228,000 (annually). Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
