Educational Background
Must meet educational requirements: possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT‑related or engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year‑for‑year basis.
Required Qualifications
The Business Solutions Analyst (BSA) must have a minimum of five years of experience providing BSA services performing the following tasks.
Talking to stakeholders and developing a functional requirement specification.
Analyzing and mapping all relevant business processes and IT infrastructure.
Researching any rules that might impact solution delivery, such as compliance, data governance, or organizational mandates.
Working to optimize production and increase efficiency.
Designing and installing IT solutions that meet business requirements.
Developing, presenting and timely completing project tasks/deliverables.
Working collaboratively with team and other Energy Safety as needed.
Supporting knowledge transfer and training.
The BSA must have a minimum of two consecutive years of experience in the last ten years working providing BSA consultative services related to Dynamics 365, automating manual processes, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) and an electronic signature platform such as DocuSign.
Desirable Qualifications
Must have two or more consecutive years of experience not listed within mandatory qualification, in the last ten years providing business analysis consultative services to a client department.
