The FSI DNB HK team is a brand-new team based in Hong Kong, with a global outlook. We are focused on all Web3 customers with financial attributes. We empower and support Financial Services Industry (FSI) - Digital Native Businesses (DNBs) and financial nature Web3 customers, helping and guiding them to embark on their cloud journey on AWS, to better accelerate business growth and innovation globally. We're looking for a Senior Focused Business Development Representative, in this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to design and execute territory business strategy plans, develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts with executive coverage, leverage your up-to-date Web3 industry business and IT/Cloud knowledge to help your customers achieve long-term growth.

Key Job Responsibilities

Creating and articulating compelling value propositions around AWS services within a defined territory.

Designing and executing territory business strategy plans to drive revenue and market share in a defined territory, meeting or exceeding yearly revenue targets.

Developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, including executive coverage.

Collaborating with Marketing and partners to acquire new customers/traffic, manage their pipelines, and amplify efforts to drive new customer acquisition and AWS adoption. Ensure customer satisfaction.

Creating and implementing sales programs and tools that increase performance within your territory.

Continuous self-learning to keep your IT/cloud and Web3 industry business knowledge up-to-date to better serve this industry customers.

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of technology-related business development experience.

A technical sales background with solutions and IT services to the IT industry, SMB customers, startups or state-owned enterprises, with direct field experience in working with enterprise accounts across your assigned territory.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Extensive customer and contact network.

Preferred Qualifications

BA/BS degree required. Master’s or MBA a plus.

Business Development experience with virtualization/infrastructure solutions a bonus.

Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
