A leading General Contractor/Construction Manager is looking to support its continuing growth by hiring an experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent to successfully manage projects throughout New York State, New England markets, and along the east coast/central United States.
Successful candidates seeking to join our firm need a “can do” attitude and “love to build.” Should have a minimum of 7 years site supervisory experience with a commercial builder. Must be a people person and experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production in all phases of commercial construction. Comfortable with supervising personnel on private projects up to $30M, in areas of multifamily, hospitality and industrial.
