Opportunities
Gain hands‑on experience within the real‑estate advisory industry
Perform in‑depth market and financial research regarding real estate transactions, supply, demand, pricing, and investment parameters
Assist with valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private real estate entities within various industries using accepted and relevant approaches and theory
Assist in preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner
Experience, through on‑the‑job training and real, meaningful work engagements, how your academic experience translates to the professional environment
Learn directly from experienced Staff, Seniors, Managers and Partners with specialized experience and technical knowledge within the real estate industry
Learn and grow from direct on‑the‑job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm wide learning and development programs
Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients
Build friendships and strong work relationships while gaining valuable experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related program
Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization
The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel
Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Compensation
The pay rate range for this job position is $80,000 to $124,300. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
