NorthBridge Partners is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Real Estate Operations & Asset Analyst to support a broad range of strategic and day-to-day operational functions. This role plays a critical part in enhancing organizational effectiveness across operations, compliance, legal, and administrative services. Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Support
Lead and support internal initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, productivity, and scalability
Partner cross-functionally with operations, legal, compliance, treasury, and administrative teams
Conduct ad hoc research and support special projects
Compliance & Reporting
Support compliance program implementation and management
Monitor investor side letter obligations
Prepare operational and compliance reports
AI & Systems Enablement
Contribute to AI Taskforce initiatives
Leverage AI tools to improve workflows
Support operational systems such as Ontra, Comply, and Yardi
Legal, Treasury & Documentation Support
Assist General Counsel with document management and vendor evaluation
Support entity formation and banking processes
Manage Docusign workflows
Portfolio & Financial Operations
Support lease administration and data tracking
Maintain Yardi data integrity
Assist with treasury reporting and reconciliations
Administrative & Office Operations
Coordinate vendors and facilities operations
Support meetings, events, and communications
Partner with Administrative Services team
Qualifications
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professionalism and discretion
Technical Skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Familiarity with AI tools preferred
CRM or systems experience a plus
Additional Requirements
Interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain
Full-time in-office availability
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Early-career candidates with strong AI and operations interest will be considered
Compensation: $75,000- $80,000
