Performance Expectations For The Audit Senior
Lead audit projects as well as the client audit teams
Conduct audits of financial statements, reviews and compilations as well as involvement with corporate and individual tax returns in multiple industry sectors.
Community involved with an outgoing personality
Develop new client relationships while fostering existing contacts
Be a positive mentor and hands‑on leader and continue the advancement of the firm
Experience/Qualifications For The Audit Senior
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
Master of Science and Taxation degree (highly desirable)
CPA Certificate preferred
Minimum of 2‑3 years of proven experience in public accounting.
Ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
Strong multi‑tasking skills
Strong leadership skills
Willingness to work >40 hours per week during busy season
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation For The Audit Senior
Bonus for completing CPA while employed & Becker study materials reimbursement
Flexible schedule
401k w/ match, 4 weeks of PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision, Bonus PTO eligibility earnings, ½ day Summer Fridays
