About This Position
Arrowhead is seeking experienced and successful recruiters who come from an agency background. Ideal candidates will bring an established book of business to the firm without non‑compete agreement concerns.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage recruiting projects and maintain relationships with clients.
Develop relationships with potential clients through networking events, community involvement, etc.
Source and recruit highly‑qualified candidates using techniques including cold calling, market research, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate their skill‑set.
Pitch new job opportunities and work with candidates.
Analyze job requirements and match potential candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with placed and prospective candidates.
Negotiate salaries, extend job offers, and close deals.
Other responsibilities include job transition and career coaching.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in your professional career.
Proven track record of success recruiting and managing client relationships at a recruiting or staffing firm.
Strong alignment with our company's core values.
