We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Parts Driver/Parts Counter Associate to support our service and parts departments in South Bend, IN. The position is essential for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts, assisting customers at the parts counter, and fostering a positive professional work environment.

Position Summary

This role supports our service and parts departments by delivering parts promptly, assisting at the counter, and providing efficient inventory management.
Responsibilities
Deliver parts promptly and professionally to wholesale and internal customers, maintaining high standards of service.
Verify all orders prior to delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist customers at the parts counter by locating and retrieving parts, processing orders and handling returns accurately, and collaborating closely with technicians and service advisors to meet urgent parts needs.
Receive and stock inventory accurately to maintain precise records.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department environment.
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and driving regulations.
Requirements
Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the day.
Previous experience with automotive parts is preferred, but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
