Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Lines Manager, based in Midland, TX, with flexibility to work remotely part-time inder certain circumstances. The role involves overseeing personal insurance accounts, ensuring excellent clientele service, and managing a team to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include providing personalized insurance solutions, maintaining relationships with clients, managing underwriting processes, and optimizing account management strategies to exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
Expertise in Insurance and Personal Insurance sectors a plus but not required
Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge and experience in Underwriting processes
Proficiency in Account Management practices
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and team management skills
Relevant licenses (such as insurance licenses) required, must be willing to obtain one if you currently do not hold one
Bi-Lingual strongly preferred
Organized and detailed oriented
Must be able to work in fast paced offixe setting
