Senior Leasing Consultant (Senior Sales & Marketing Associate)
Primary Responsibilities
Convert leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood.
Conduct informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar.
Generate awareness, interest and excitement via social media.
Work weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week.
Qualifications
Customer‑focused mentality.
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and a passion to create and deliver engaging and distinctive content.
Sharp professional appearance.
Sales aptitude.
Competency with various software, apps and computer programs.
Salary Range
$54,000—$60,000 USD
Bonus Opportunities
Position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.
