WHAT YOU'LL DO
Convert inbound leads into buyer and seller appointments using PLACE systems
Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and guide them through the purchase process
Consult with sellers, win listings, and execute full marketing plans including pricing strategy and staging
Negotiate offers confidently on behalf of buyers and sellers
Host a minimum of two open houses per month as a core lead generation activity
Track your pipeline and daily activity inside PLACE Technology
Attend weekly team power-ups, script practice, partner calls, and training sessions
Complete PLACE Launch and execute weekly lead generation systems
Show up to weekly coaching sessions ready to grow
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're not looking for the most experienced agent in the room. We're looking for the most coachable one.
If you're a licensed real estate agent in Tracy, Stockton, Manteca, Lathrop, or anywhere in San Joaquin County who is driven, organized, and genuinely open to learning... we want to talk. New agents and agents with a few years in are both welcome. What matters is your work ethic and your willingness to be coached.
1+ years of real estate sales experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication
Coachable, growth-minded, organized
Comfortable learning scripts and handling objections
COMPENSATION
$85,000 to $150,000 annually. Commission-based position.
