Summary Accurately take and process orders and transactions from customers either in person or over the phone. Provide outstanding customer service. Check all products for accuracy against quality standards. Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties. Comply with Domino's uniform, appearance, and operations standards, and with federal, state, and local laws.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Receive and process telephone orders.

Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.

Execute credit transactions.

Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.

Work as part of a team: be on time, assist colleagues, support other workstations during shifts, complete all closing duties including cleaning.

Operate all equipment and keep equipment and facility clean daily.

Perform assigned workstation duties: make quality products, prepare ingredients, take orders.

Perform basic math calculations accurately and quickly (may use calculator).

Make correct monetary change.

Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Operate computer keyboard or touchscreen to enter orders.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area, walk‑in cooler.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Physical Demands Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position with work surfaces between 28" and 48". Walking: short distances for short durations. Sitting: paperwork completed at a desk or table. Lifting: bulk product deliveries of up to 50 pounds. Carrying: items up to 30 pounds at times. Pushing: trays on dollies up to 7.5 pounds of force. Climbing: occasional stairs or ladder. Stoop/Bending: forward bending at the pizza assembly station for 30‑45 seconds repeatedly. Crouching/Squatting: occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. Reaching: continuously up, down, and forward up to 72". Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination required for dough shaping, using pizza peel, cutter, and boxes.

Work Conditions and Exposure Varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash or performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to above 90°F in some work areas, with sudden changes. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Additional Information Must be 16 years of age or older. Possess basic math and problem‑solving skills. Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergencies. Must be cross‑trained and perform other workstation duties as needed. Bilingual in certain markets. Non‑exempt, hourly position.
