Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced B-Tech with strong metal, structural, and aluminum repair skills. The ideal candidate works efficiently under flat-rate systems, follows OEM repair procedures, and takes pride in delivering factory-level quality every time.
Responsibilities
Perform structural and non-structural repairs on late-model vehicles following OEM standards.
Conduct aluminum and steel welding, panel replacement, and blueprint reading for repair planning.
Utilize measuring systems (Car-O-Liner, Chief, Celette) to ensure frame accuracy.
Execute disassembly/reassembly (DRT) efficiently with minimal supervision.
Document work performed and collaborate closely with estimators and painters.
Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace.
Participate in continued I-CAR and OEM training programs.
Requirements
Preferred Experience & Certifications
5+ years in collision repair, with consistent productivity above 120%.
I-CAR Platinum and/or ASE Master Collision certification preferred.
OEM repair experience with Honda, Nissan, Ford, and Hyundai.
Familiarity with CCC One or similar estimating software.
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Compensation
$40/hr base pay until 70 flag hours.
$250 weekly bonus after 70 hours.
Transition to $28/flag-hour pay after 80 hours.
Steady workflow and parts support for consistent hours.
