We are looking for a Supply &PurchasingSpecialist to join our Global Planning & Inventory team on a fixed-term basis in Stockholm. In this role, you will be a key contributor in transforming demand and sales insights into actionable supply and purchasing plans for a globally growing marketplace. You will work closely with global and regional stakeholders, balancing short-term needs with long-term planning while ensuring optimal inventory levels, availability, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver ad-hoc analytical reports across Inventory, Demand, Supply, and Procurement to support business decision-making.

Own and continuously develop Anaplan dashboards related to Supply Planning, from daily operations to management reporting and enhancements.

Support and drive regular reviews of supply plans and inventory levels, identifying risks, opportunities, stock levels, and Open to Buy (OTB).

Translate demand plans and seasonal sales forecasts into supply plans and OTB/NTB plans, working closely with regions and the Inventory & Procurement Analyst.

Balance global inventory against demand with both a short-term (0–6 months) and long-term (6/9/12 months) planning horizon, with particular focus during buying periods.

Collaborate closely with global operations, regional teams, and omni-channel stakeholders to proactively act on changes in demand, supply, and forecasts.

Support scenario planning, exit strategies, and global stock movements on a rolling basis to optimize stock on hand.

Job Scope

Collaborate with global teams and management to define and maintain safety stock levels for critical products on a global level.

Build strong working relationships with suppliers to secure required capacity, favourable FOB terms, and reliable deliveries.

Support the procurement process once supply plans are finalized, including creating and managing purchase orders in systems such as Galaxy, U2, and other procurement tools.

Work closely with Sourcing and Production teams to manage the end-to-end PO process, from order placement and FOB negotiations to OTIF performance.

Support Purchasing Planners in identifying “at-risk” articles and initiating mitigation or activation actions.
