Sales Support Assistant – Sherwood Oaks

Starting Pay: $18.47/hour - $25.39/hour; Depending on experience

The Sales Support Assistant performs clerical and administrative duties as needed for the proper function of the Sales and Marketing Department. The role provides a first point of contact for all inquiries and leads. Support Assistants must deliver excellent customer service for prospective residents and their families while working specifically with the contract, closing, and move‑in processes to ensure an excellent and timely experience.

Requirements
College‑level degree is preferred or 3 years of related experience.
Must effectively communicate across a varied spectrum of stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Working knowledge of internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
