About the Role
This position is responsible for leasing, resident relations, and daily coordination of the leasing office at one of our apartment communities.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Enjoys working directly with residents and applicants
Is highly organized and reliable
Takes pride in keeping a community running smoothly
Can work independently while being supported by our Regional Manager and corporate team
Key Responsibilities
Leasing
Conduct apartment tours and follow up with prospects
Process rental applications
Maintain strong occupancy and renewal rates
Respond to leasing inquiries the same day whenever possible
Resident Relations
Provide friendly and professional service to residents
Address concerns and coordinate solutions promptly
Encourage lease renewals and positive resident experiences
Community Operations
Conduct move‑in, move‑out, and periodic unit inspections
Coordinate work orders and Make Ready's with the Regional Maintenance Coordinator and on‑site maintenance staff
Compensation
$24 to $26 per hour plus $75 Leasing and $25 Renewal Bonus
Stable full‑time position

Minimum Qualifications
Experience in apartment leasing, property management, hospitality, or customer service

Comfortable working with property management software and standard office tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional office environment

You prefer a slow work pace or minimal resident interaction
You are uncomfortable handling multiple responsibilities independently
You are not comfortable speaking with residents and applicants daily
Attention to detail and organization are not your strengths
