
Personal Injury Paralegal

Jones Networking is recruiting for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join a growing personal injury law firm in Greenville, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity offering flexibility while working closely with attorneys and clients.
Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload from intake through settlement or trial, serving as a key point of contact for clients
Conduct initial client intake, gather case details, and maintain consistent communication throughout the life of the case
Order and review medical records, bills, police reports, and other case-related documentation
Draft and send letters of representation, spoliation letters, and records requests
Handle pre-litigation case development, including demand package preparation and settlement negotiations support
Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions
Coordinate with clients, providers, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Assist attorneys with litigation strategy, deposition preparation, and trial support
Manage calendaring, deadlines, and case progression to ensure timely movement of files
Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files and documentation
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a personal injury legal environment
Strong understanding of personal injury processes, insurance claims, and case development
Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases independently
Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
