We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a

Business Development Representative

to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance options.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications.

Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services.

Assist customers in identifying options that align with their needs and preferences.

Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events.

Track activity goals and contribute to office business objectives.

Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Organizational and time-management abilities.

Previous experience in customer engagement, marketing, or outreach preferred.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
