We are looking for newly licensed or entry‑level agents who thrive on real structure, genuine mentorship, and day‑to‑day guidance.

We provide

consistent coaching, a clear roadmap, and a culture of accountability and collaboration so you can build consistency early and scale your business faster. In this role you will generate and follow up with leads, attend regular training and coaching sessions, and set appointments for buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and offer tailored solutions.

Conduct property showings and provide insightful tours to help clients envision their future homes.

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings.

Assist in negotiating offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients.

Stay informed about local market trends and share valuable insights with clients and colleagues.

Utilize our systems to manage client relationships and track progress efficiently.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications

Real estate license or in the process of obtaining one.

Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and build trust.

Track record of working collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals, and supporting colleagues.

Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for efficient client relationship and listing management.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring timely follow‑up and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt, embracing ongoing training and feedback to enhance real‑estate knowledge and skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative, demonstrating self‑motivation and a proactive approach to challenges.

Compensation

Estimated yearly compensation: $125,500 - $285,000.

First‑year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+.
