A global, AmLaw-ranked law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Boston office. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded team on sophisticated real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects.
Handle complex commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
Work closely with clients, lenders, and internal teams on deal execution
Support development and investment projects across various asset classes
Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant commercial real estate experience
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or ability to waive in)
This role offers strong deal exposure, a collaborative team environment, and an opportunity to work on high-profile transactions.
Compensation
$260,000–$365,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and market factors, plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
