Role Description
We are seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent specializing in Apartment Rentals and Residential Sales to join our team in Greater Boston. This is a full-time hybrid role, allowing for a combination of in-person client meetings and remote work opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, showcasing properties, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and facilitating the buying, selling, and renting process for residential properties.
Qualifications
Possess a valid Real Estate License allowing you to practice in Massachusetts.
Demonstrated expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to provide exceptional client support and drive results.
Knowledge of the Greater Boston real estate market is highly desirable.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in using real estate software and digital tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and time‑management skills.
