OPPORTUNITY LEASING CONSULTANT - DALLAS, TX
Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced sales and customer service professional for our 258‑unit community, Skyline Trinity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the property management industry.
Responsibilities
Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications. Input information into computer.
Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss size and layout of rooms, available facilities such as swimming pool, location of shopping centers and freeways, services available, and terms of lease.
Qualify prospective residents, verifying applications, lease documents and related paperwork. Update records as necessary.
Complete lease form or agreement and collect rental deposit and application fee.
Introduce resident to apartment/property procedures.
Promote positive, proactive resident relations, working to make the living experience the highest quality.
Qualifications
Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Effective listening and communication skills with ability to work well on a team.
Ability to work weekends.
