Responsibilities
In your role at CubeSmart Self Storage, you will manage and maintain your property while providing excellent customer service.
Customer Service
Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering WOW or 5‑Star service.
Interact face‑to‑face with customers, build rapport, and provide excellent service.
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
Rent self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments using POS, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.
Property Maintenance
Perform daily walks of the property, clean units and common areas, and open/close storage doors (up to 50 lbs.).
Maintain facility, including mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, etc.
Keep a clean and safe storage facility, ensuring company guidelines for restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fence, walls, and doors are met.
Qualifications
A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
Basic computer skills.
Requirements
Must be able to work Saturdays.
Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation for workdays.
Knowledge of safely standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing or balancing on a ladder.
Some locations may require Sunday hours.
Compensation
$19.28 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience plus bonus opportunities.
