Key Responsibilities

Work with buyers, sellers, investors, and commercial clients Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, social media, direct mail, and open houses Conduct client consultations and needs assessments Perform property searches and market research Host and attend showings, listing appointments, and open houses Prepare and present offers, listing presentations, and contracts Negotiate terms and guide clients through escrow and closing Build and maintain a strong personal database and long-term book of business Qualifications
