Director of Financial Reporting

to lead and oversee the company’s corporate accounting and financial reporting functions.

This is a

high-impact leadership role

with responsibility for managing all internal and external financial reports, overseeing monthly corporate accounting, technical accounting oversight and managing key accounting policies. This position offers strong visibility to senior leadership within a growing, well-capitalized organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

CPA required.

10+ years’ accounting experience with at least 5-6 years in a financial reporting role for public companies. Oil and gas a plus.

Experience with FASB, SEC and other governing body requirements including research and interpretation of such rules and regulations.

Strong computer and excel skills.

Strong communication and writing skills.
