Virtue Construction is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Superintendent to provide field leadership for our variety of prestigious clients. The superintendent should have the ability to manage time and various size crews, motivate and lead the team to successful project completion, and be safety oriented to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise commercial construction projects
Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site
Forecast and control project schedule and budget
Manage self-performing crew, subcontractors, vendors and construction site organization
Conduct safety meetings and inspections
Ensure safety, contract compliance and quality regulations are followed
Collaborate with project manager on estimating and scheduling to meet project goals
Qualifications
Experience in commercial construction
Proficient with project plans and project specifications
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to utilize MS Office and Project Plan 365
Capable to lift, carry, push/pull construction materials
Ability to work within a team
OSHA Certifications preferred
