Our client, a real estate organization, is seeking a Property Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Arlington, Viriginia.
About The Job
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and vendors, managing phone inquiries, work orders, and day‑to‑day tenant relations
Manage work orders and building communications using the Angus automated ticketing system
Process invoices, purchasing paperwork, and tenant billing, including coding, tracking, and routing for approval
Maintain tenant files, correspondence, and administrative records
Assist with property inspections, reporting, and monthly portfolio reports
Coordinate tenant move‑ins/move‑outs, access credentials, parking, signage, and building services
Provide administrative and operational support to the Property Manager and Portfolio team
About You
Prior administrative or property management support experience (junior candidates welcome)
Strong data entry, invoicing, and organizational skills
Comfortable handling tenant communication and day‑to‑day operational tasks
Detail‑oriented, reliable, and service‑focused with excellent attendance
Proficient with office systems and quick to learn property management platforms
Professional, responsive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, onsite environment

Temp‑to‑Hire
$26‑$27/hr
Conversion Salary: $57K‑$60K
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30am‑5:30pm
100% onsite
Location: Arlington, VA
