CAPTRUST is looking for a dynamic
Relationship Management Associate
who will deliver high-level customer service to clients of the firm. The position is located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will join an established wealth management advisory team in providing independent advice and customized service to clients. Primary responsibilities may include the following, among others:
Manage, coordinate, gather, and execute customized projects, requests, reports, due diligence, action items, and other tasks related to client service, client meetings, and client reviews.
Coordinate client meetings and calls to collect information for financial planning projects and input information into financial planning software.
Prepare for client meetings with senior advisors by seeking centralized resources and expertise to deliver investment performance, market updates, economic forecasts, financial planning recommendations and other topical information to clients.
Implement portfolio changes, adjustments, asset allocation rebalance, recommendations, harvesting tax losses, and transitioning of client portfolios with CAPTRUST’s operations, trading teams and research groups; assist in the implementation of client approved financial planning ideas such as estate planning strategies, charitable gifting initiatives, retirement distribution options, and insurance reviews.
Assist in the gathering of information and preparation of individual income tax returns.
Serve as a liaison for the team with other CAPTRUST departments and maintain rapport with such to ensure high levels of communication, professionalism, and working team environment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
0-2 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products.
Four-year college degree.
Desired Qualification/Skills:
CPA, CFP, or CFP track preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate information to Financial Advisors.
Prioritization skills, multi-task skills, able to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneously; ability to complete tasks and projects as assigned, to follow up as appropriate, and to work in a team environment.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
