Adobe Enterprise Marketing is seeking a Sr. Content Strategist to join our Portfolio & Solution Content Strategy Team, supportingproducts in our business productivity and brand visibility categories. This role shapes how our enterprise portfolio shows up in market; defining narratives, guiding content direction, a nd ensuring our content helps customers understand value, differentiation, and use cases across channels.

The ideal candidate combines critical thinking with strong communication skills, enabling them to align team members across the enterprise , provide clear direction to creative teams spanning multiple content formats, and translate complex offerings into compelling stories for web and campaign .

Key Responsibilities:

B2BContent Strategy:

Develop and drive content strategy for Adobe’s enterprise solutions, products, and newproductlaunches, including narratives for key industries and personas. Partner with portfolio marketing and campaign managers to align content with campaign strategy and ensure activation in relevant channels.

Website Experience and Journeys:

Partner with web program managers, product SMEs, writers, and designers to shape how capabilities, benefits, features, and use cases come to life across product and solution pages on business .adobe.com.

Content Development:

Create clear, strategic creative briefs that synthesize industry trends, expert input,third-partyresearch,and internal messagingto guide the creation of content across formats and channels. Partner with our creativeteamsand subject matter experts to review content for accuracy, tone, and visual appeal.

Editorial:

Demonstrate excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills, translating complex subjects into consumable, customer-centric content.

**Content Management & Enablement: **

Catalogue and distribute new content as it becomes available. Audit and identify gaps to inform content plans. Enable the broader marketing ecosystem to understand our strategy, available content, and usage. Use qualitative and quantitative data to continuallyrefine and optimize your content strategy.

Qualifications:

8+ years of Content Strategy or similar experience

B2B marketing experience desired

Ability to work withsenior stakeholders and build consensus across teams

Self-starter who initiates and completes projects with little to no direction

Proven success crafting compelling messages andassets

Experience marketingenterprise creative or customer experienceapplicationsis a plus but not required

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $94,900 -- $209,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.



In California, the pay range for this position is $144,800 - $209,600 │ In Washington, the pay range for this position is $127,100 - $183,975

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
