
Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities
Accurately entering and processing a high volume of sales orders in a timely manner
Problem‑solving by researching within the database, email exchanges, the internet, and appropriate personnel throughout the company
Following sales orders and returns through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that delay timely processing
Updating customer kit files
Verifying customer licenses
Releasing or voiding backorders
Picking up orders from sales and customer service/sales
Communicating directly with online customers to seek clarification on orders and communicate backorders found in their orders
Scanning and filing daily sales orders
Sorting incoming mail and mailing out invoices
Providing daily metrics and reports as needed
Candidate Profile

Qualifications
Prior experience entering technical/custom sales orders in a high‑volume, customer‑focused setting
Proficiency with computers and software
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Detail‑oriented work ethic
Ability to prioritize and multi‑task for maximum efficiency without sacrificing accuracy
High attention to detail
Problem‑solving skills (ability to work independently)
Communication skills, asks questions
