The Corporate Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for J-U-B. This role partners with J-U-B Leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, source candidates, post jobs, and coordinate interviews. The Corporate Recruiter leads a positive candidate experience, maintains accurate recruitment records, and supports the organization in achieving hiring goals efficiently and effectively.
Role Scope & Accountability
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition approvals, job descriptions, candidate management, and hiring manager communication.
Represent and promote J-U-B’s employer brand to prospective candidates, effectively communicating the company’s culture, values, career opportunities, and employee experience to attract top talent.
Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, providing clear communication, expectation setting, and accountability throughout the hiring process.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse, qualified candidate pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs.
Deliver a positive, transparent, and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coach hiring managers on effective hiring practices, interview processes, and decision-making to ensure consistency and quality.
Manage the offer process, including preparation, presentation, and negotiation support, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines and timely acceptance.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive process improvements.
Develop relationships with universities, industry groups, and professional networks to support early career and niche hiring.
Partner with the HR team to provide smooth handoff from offer acceptance through onboarding.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in professional services, engineering, or technical industries.
Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
Excellent communication, relationship building, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $86,000 - $96,000 annually, determined by experience.
