Role Description Fidelity National Title is seeking a full‑time Escrow Assistant for an on‑site position located in Lancaster. The Escrow Assistant will manage the administrative and operational tasks associated with escrow transactions, supporting the escrow officer in preparing documents, reviewing contracts, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. Primary responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, processing escrow files, recording legal documents, and handling fund disbursements. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise records to facilitate smooth and successful real estate closings.
Qualifications
Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document preparation and file management
Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing contracts and processing documents
Ability to handle client communication and provide excellent customer service
Knowledge of escrow or real estate transactions is highly preferred
Proficiency in office software, data entry, and records management tools
Ability to work effectively on‑site and as part of a collaborative team
Experience in title, escrow, or real estate services is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in real estate or escrow are beneficial
