Responsibilities
Collaborate with Design to develop and edit tech packs, documenting fit comments, specs, and bill of materials from start to finish of a product fit cycle.
Lead/direct fit sessions on live models with cross‑functional teams to evaluate garment fit, constructions, and styling details.
Provide technical direction on corrective actions needed to meet brand fit standards using written comments, sketches, and photos.
Anticipate and resolve potential pre‑production and production problems during the fit process, partnering with vendors as necessary.
Establish and maintain brand fit, spec, and construction consistency, while maintaining timely communication with overseas vendors.
Requirements
Strong background in sweaters and related garment constructions.
Experience in developing and editing tech packs and documenting fit specifications.
Ability to lead fit sessions and communicate fit issues effectively.
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and managing timelines.
Technical proficiency in garment construction standards for various fabrics.
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
