Job Summary Leasing Professional – Kurve On Wilshire. This role coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Responsibilities include leasing new residents, ensuring resident satisfaction throughout lease terms, and securing lease renewals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct apartment tours and show units; process applications, credit screenings, and background checks.

Prepare lease and move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in and lease signing.

Inspect apartments prior to move‑in, ensuring units are ready and schedule maintenance as needed.

Stay informed on market and competitor conditions; develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.

Execute marketing activities, including resident referrals, employer outreach, online listings on Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other websites.

Use property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.

Maintain show units at company standards; coordinate with maintenance for upkeep and merchandising.

Follow up with prospects and new residents via email, cards, or phone to confirm decisions to lease or renew.

Support lease renewal program: prepare renewal letters, meet with residents ahead of move‑out, and ensure renewal documents are signed on time.

Respond courteously to resident concerns, resolve issues, and document requests to appropriate parties.

Requirements and Qualifications

1–2 years of leasing experience; background in community marketing and resident retention preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively in English; Korean or Mandarin communication is a plus.

Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property.

Licenses and Certifications

Must possess all state and local licenses and certifications required by jurisdiction.

Physical Demands

Stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.

Work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet).

Push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 25 lbs independently and up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Travel may be required for team support, training, or business meetings.

Work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Range $22.00 – $24.00 per hour (Los Angeles, CA).
