About the Role
Seeking a
Customer Care Specialist
to join our compassionate and fast‑paced customer care team. In this role, you will support pet patients and their families by delivering empathetic, patient‑focused service across multiple communication channels. You'll collaborate closely with pharmacy and fulfillment teams while navigating customer and prescriber profiles to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Training & Schedule Paid On‑Site Training (6 weeks – Swedesboro, NJ) :
Weeks 1‑3: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM
Weeks 4‑6: Monday‑Friday, start times of 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM
Post‑Training Schedule :
Primary shift: 11:30 AM‑8:00 PM (subject to shift bids)
Call center hours:
Monday‑Friday: 8:00 AM‑9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM‑5:00 PM
Weekend rotation:
1 Saturday per month
Additional 1 Saturday per quarter
Hybrid Work Schedule (after training and permanent placement):
3 days remote
2 days on site in Swedesboro, NJ
Key Responsibilities
Deliver empathetic, patient‑focused customer service via phone, email, SMS, chat, and mail
Navigate customer and prescriber profiles across multiple systems with accuracy
Adapt quickly to a variety of customer scenarios and communication styles
Work independently while collaborating effectively with pharmacy and fulfillment teams
Maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment
Candidate Requirements
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly
Reliable attendance for onsite training and hybrid schedule
Comfortable working evening shifts and rotating weekends
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Swedesboro, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
