
Human Resources Specialist

Seeking an experienced HR professional to support and lead key human resources functions within a manufacturing or large corporate environment. This role acts as a business partner, driving employee relations, compliance, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
Support recruiting, staffing, and succession planning
Ensure HR policy compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Lead training, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives
Support compensation, benefits, and performance management processes
Conduct investigations and handle sensitive HR matters
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
6+ years of HR experience (manufacturing preferred)
