HR Operations Specialist - Rewards and Benefits – Dublin (Hybrid)
We’re partnering with a fast‑paced, global organisation in the aviation sector to hire an analytical HR Operations Specialist with strong reward experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing HR function where you’ll play a key role across the employee lifecycle, while also supporting and shaping reward strategy.
What you’ll do:
Support
market analysis, salary benchmarking, and reward surveys
to ensure competitive and compliant compensation strategies.
Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent, and business leaders to drive
HR operational excellence , including payroll, HRIS management, benefits administration, and reporting.
Assist with
recruitment processes , global benefits, and employee mobility initiatives.
Take ownership of
projects and process improvements , helping shape the HR Operations & Reward function as it grows.
What skills and experience make me eligible:
5+ years’ progressive HR Operations experience.
Experienced in
HR operations and reward
within a multinational organisation.
Analytical, highly numerate, and detail‑oriented, with a problem‑solving mindset.
Solid Excel and data modelling skills; HRIS experience essential.
Familiarity with global HR compliance, mobility, and compensation practices is a plus.
Package & Location: Location – Ballsbridge Dublin 4 – hybrid
