We specialize in cathodic protection, AC mitigation, vacuum excavation, and corrosion prevention. We work for major oil and gas companies and common carriers nationwide.

Role Description
Meridian/Citation have openings for Cathodic Protection Operators and Laborers. Most of our employees live in Texas and Oklahoma, but you may live anywhere in the central section of the United States. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of cathodic protection systems and related pipeline projects. Daily responsibilities include operating equipment and performing physical labor for excavation and pipeline integrity projects, all while adhering to safety regulations. Collaboration with team members is needed to complete tasks efficiently and maintain a safe working environment. Approximately 75% travel.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cathodic protection or oil and gas pipeline system installation, maintenance, or repair.

Proficient operation of construction equipment related to pipeline excavation, vacuum excavation, and direct assessment anomaly digs.

Knowledge of corrosion prevention methods, AC mitigation, and CP design principles.

Ability to work in an outdoor environment, perform physically demanding tasks, and adhere to safety protocols.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field sites.

Meridian also looks for the following qualifications:

CDL/FMCSA.

Experience in hydrostatic testing, MAOP validation, or related pipeline integrity experience.

High school diploma or GED required and technical training or certifications in a related field.
