Commercial Lines Account Manager - Upper Select This role focuses on managing upper select commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and supporting the growth of the business. This is a fully onsite position with the potential for a hybrid arrangement in the future. $75,000 - $85,000 annually Benefits:

Fully onsite (potential for hybrid in the future) Responsibilities
Manage a book of business consisting of upper select commercial lines accounts. Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client support. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and industry standards. Support the agency\'s growth and transition efforts following the recent acquisition. Qualifications/Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management. Licenses/Certifications:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Work History:
Solid work history with clear reasons for leaving previous roles. Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with industry-standard software is preferred. Work Environment:
Ability to work onsite full-time during the transition period, with potential for hybrid work in the future.
