From architecture to interior details to furnishings, our team pours into every layer of the home with intention. What began as two women with a deep passion for creating homes of purpose has grown into a collaborative studio of creatives carrying that vision forward.

ARCHITECTURAL & INTERIOR DESIGNER
Job Type:
Full-time/Exempt
Establish is seeking a thoughtful and technically strong Architectural & Interior Designer to join our team. This role bridges both architecture and interiors, supporting projects from early design through construction documentation and into furnishing. You will work closely with the Principal Designer and play a key role in translating design vision into clear, accurate, and buildable construction documents, while also contributing to interior detailing and furnishing selections.
The ideal candidate is both design minded and technically proficient who is comfortable taking ownership of production while collaborating within a creative team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The specific roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Produce and manage permit ready construction document sets in Revit with minimal oversight
Draw and develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings for residential remodels and new builds
Translate design concepts into fully resolved, buildable solutions
Collaborate closely with the Principal Designer on design direction, spatial planning, and materiality
Assist in developing design concepts, presentations, and project installations
Assist and/or source and select materials, finishes, and furnishings for client presentations
Communicate with vendors regarding product specifications, pricing, and lead times
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and team members to ensure design intent is executed accurately
Interface with clients when needed to support design clarity and overall experience
Maintain organized project documentation, meeting notes, and timelines
Contribute to an elevated and thoughtful client experience through both technical execution and design support
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
4+ years experience in high end residential design including producing construction documents
Advanced proficiency in Revit
Strong understanding of residential construction methods, detailing, and documentation standards
Experience producing permit sets and coordinating with jurisdictions
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and project management tools
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team oriented approach
A strong eye for design and attention to detail
High level of ownership, accountability, and self motivation
