We are looking for a Seasonal In-Room Dining Captain to join the In-Room Dining Team at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club.
Shift Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate $17.65 per hour, based on applicable experience and location.
Responsibilities
Provide supervision including ensuring order rotation among servers and guest satisfaction.
Set up room service trays and tables to prepare for incoming orders.
Retrieve checks and food & beverage orders from the kitchen and bar, delivering to guest rooms and meeting rooms.
Serve meals to guests, collect trays, and respond to requests in a timely, friendly manner.
Present checks to guests and obtain payment.
Return payments/signed checks to order taker.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and friendly.
Perform order taker duties and answer room service telephone as needed.
Serve alcoholic
on-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
