Summary Description This position provides support to the Account Manager(s) to successfully achieve and surpass the sales and profit objectives of the wholesale sales team. This individual will assist the AM during all sales campaigns, and daily tasks to drive the business, and will be a key support contact for accounts. This role requires a self-starter, with strong problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills. This role is a hybrid role - 3 days in office, 2 remote.
Key Responsibilities Customer Support
Assist wholesale clients with inquiries and provide product information.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify potential leads.
Order Management
Process and track wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to fulfill orders.
Sales/Market Support
Prepare sales support tools/presentations both in season and during market.
Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database and sales records.
Administrative Tasks
Handle invoicing and payment processing.
Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
