Your Role
Provide design support for E&I disciplines under the supervision of Engineers and Lead Designers. The designer contributes to construction drawings and related deliverables while learning industry standards, company procedures, and best practices. This role offers a growth path toward increased technical responsibility and design complexity.

Job Responsibilities

Work under the supervision of Engineers and Lead Designers to produce EI&C construction deliverables.

Understand schedules and progress tracking.

Multitask by working on more than one project at the same time.

Self‑check work products.

Build and maintain professional relationships with design teams and other disciplines.

Develop and improve technical knowledge and skills.

Travel to client offices and production facilities accompanied by more senior engineers or designers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (post‑secondary training a plus).

1–3 years’ design experience.

Proficiency with CAD software.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Ability to accept direction, feedback, and mentorship.

Preferred (Not Required)

AutoCAD 2022 or newer experience.

Exposure to AutoCAD 3D.

Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu.

Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks Freedom.

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams.

Target Salary Range
$30.00 to $35.00 per hour. Pay is determined by factors such as education, relevant experience, skills, geographic location, qualifications, certifications, and other relevant competencies.

Physical Requirements

Required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms.

Required to use hands to keyboard or type, handle materials, or manipulate objects.

Light work includes lifting or moving up to 20 pounds and, occasionally, up to 50 pounds.

Frequent movement to accomplish tasks.

Requires close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Requires sufficient clarity of speech and hearing to discern instructions and communicate effectively in person and by telephone.

Requires composure and the ability to prioritize and manage several urgent tasks simultaneously with competence and accuracy.

Occasional climbing stairs and ladders to read meters at active oil & gas sites.

Work Environment / Environmental Factors
Work is primarily conducted in an indoor office environment but may include extreme temperatures, fumes, variable weather conditions, outdoor work, and noise due to travel and on‑site tasks.

Position: Full‑time, exempt.

Work Location: 5620 Ward Rd. Suite 200 Arvada, CO 80002.

Flexibility to work a hybrid in‑office schedule.

Travel: 2% or less.
