SUMMARY:
The Graphic Designer supports marketing initiatives of Mutual Bancorp and its family of banks by creating compelling print and digital visual assets that strengthen brand presence and engagement across multiple channels. This role collaborates closely with Advertising, Branding and Digital teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative solutions to support marketing objectives, improve client engagement, and enhance the overall customer experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs and produces print and digital marketing materials, including collateral, advertisements, brochures, branch screens, signage and other items.
Creates branded visuals for social media to enhance engagement, including reels and short-form videos
Captures and edits photography for events, corporate headshots, and marketing use
Design and develop visual assets for email campaigns and website content with a focus on digital engagement
Edit, retouch, and optimize photos for use across various platforms and formats
Coordinates with print vendors to obtain quotes, manage orders, and ensure production quality
Collaborates cross-functionally with Advertising, Digital and other team members to support campaigns and initiatives
Ensures all creative assets align with established brand guidelines and visual standards, along with appropriate compliance and regulatory requirements
Participates in and contributes to small project teams in order to accomplish responsibilities as described above.
Acts as back-up to other marketing department members as needed in various interdepartmental functions, including the Advertising Coordinator and the Advertising and Design Manager.
Other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS: (Minimum education required to perform the duties of this position)
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field strongly preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
At least two years experience working in a corporate environment and/or a marketing/events organization.
Proficiency with Adobe suite and Microsoft applications Proven understanding of graphic design principles, layout, and typography
Detail-oriented.
Ability to perform work independently within the scope of this job description.
Able to utilize various types of office equipment and technology.
