Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real impact? Central Bank is hiring a Consumer Lending Collections Specialist. We are looking for someone who will assist the customer with their loan status and create workable plans designed to bring their loan account current. This position is suited for a high-energy individual who enjoys communicating with loan customers through phone, email, text, and written communication.
Responsibilities
Learning and maintaining knowledge of collection policies included in the Consumer Lending Collection Guide.
Creating a working knowledge of Collection/Repossession laws as they pertain to Consumer Lending, which will be used in daily interaction with loan customers.
Becoming familiar with a working knowledge of Bankruptcy laws.
Possessing the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely in both verbal and written communications with loan customers.
Working with loan officers and operations staff for collection purposes.
Other duties as assigned.
