Location Caine Warehouse, Reeseville, WI. The team works onsite.

Shifts

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Split Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Overtime and weekend work may be required.

What You’ll Do The International Fulfillment Associate I is responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling retail and wholesale litter orders by picking, packaging, palletizing, and preparing outbound shipments. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to processes, and consistent reliability to maintain quality standards, ensure safety, and support overall operational performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performs all tasks safely, including team lifts for heavy loads and using company‑approved gloves when cutting, handling pallets, and removing strapping.

Reports all workplace injuries immediately to a Lead or Supervisor.

Completes and documents pre‑shift inspections and reports maintenance needs promptly.

Loads and unloads trailers, containers, and other vehicles safely and efficiently.

Verifies the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists and system records.

Picks, packs, and palletizes orders in compliance with partner, customs, and international shipping requirements.

Lifts, packages, and ships litter in 20 lb, 40 lb, and 60 lb formats.

Uses RF scanners and company systems to accurately process and track orders.

Generates and applies shipping labels, BOLs, and required documentation.

Prepares international shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.) in compliance with regulations.

Weighs, dims, and verifies case packs, master packs, and pallets for accuracy and carrier compliance.

Stages outbound shipments in designated lanes based on carrier, route, and priority.

Schedules or coordinates pickups with carriers as directed.

Communicates with drivers at check‑in/check‑out to ensure correct loads and documentation.

Performs final load checks to ensure proper product, quantity, and securement.

Ensures proper pallet configuration, wrapping, banding, and labeling for safe transit.

Follows hazmat or special handling procedures when applicable.

Resolves shipment discrepancies and reports issues to leadership promptly.

Maintains FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.

Monitors shipping deadlines and prioritizes orders to meet SLAs and customer expectations.

Monitors inventory levels and reports discrepancies.

Participates in cycle counts and physical inventory activities.

Investigates and helps resolve inventory variances.

Responds with urgency to shipping and litter demands as needed.

Identifies process inefficiencies and suggests improvements.

Supports packaging optimization (carton selection, dunnage, labeling).

Maintains a clean, organized, and hazard‑free workspace using 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).

Follows OSHA and PIT safety standards and company security procedures.

Supports cross‑training as both trainer and trainee.

Assists in training new team members.

Demonstrates flexibility by supporting other departments as needed.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Ability to follow instructions and safely use hand and power tools.

Mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work efficiently.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced assembly environment.

Eager to learn and contribute across different areas of the company.

Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day.

Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Professionalism in dynamic environments with frequent interactions.

Ability to build and maintain cooperative working relationships.

High initiative, self‑motivation, and ability to motivate others.

Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs).

Nice to Have

Working experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment.

Familiarity with G‑Suite applications (Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs, and Calendar).

Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged; additional language skills are a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment Team members are regularly required to sit, talk, and hear; frequently use hands to handle, feel, reach, or pull; occasionally stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms; lift and/or move up to 60 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
