Role Description
We are seeking a qualified Construction Superintendent for a full-time on-site role located in McAllen, TX. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily construction activities, manage and coordinate site operations, ensure safety compliance, maintain schedules, and collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and budgets. The role involves monitoring progress, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring high-quality standards in all project phases.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practices
Strong Project Management and Budgeting skills
Exceptional Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
Proficiency in using construction management software and tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred
Relevant licenses or certifications, such as OSHA certification and PMP, are beneficial
