Responsibilities
Process and code invoices
Track budgets and expenses
Create and monitor work orders
Maintain tenant, vendor, and property files
Manage contracts and insurance certificates
Pull reports and utility invoices
Assist with rent statements and administrative reporting
Support Property Managers with daily operations
Communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal staff
Participate in weekly team meetings
Qualifications
1+ year administrative experience required
Strong organizational skills
Detail‑oriented and dependable
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning software systems
Positive attitude and team mindset
Strong communication and follow‑up skills
Property management or real estate experience is a plus
