Overview

In IT quality management, the director will enable delivery of high‑quality IT solutions and services through effective quality assurance processes and methodologies, implementing quality standards, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement.

The Opportunity
As part of the Quality Management team, the director will lead enterprise‑wide quality assurance for complex software, SaaS, and cloud projects. The role sets the strategic direction, drives business growth, and maintains impactful executive‑level client relations while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The director influences technology solutions and enhances operational excellence across diverse projects.

Responsibilities

Establish and implement the quality vision and governance framework.

Work with executives to enhance operational excellence.

Foster a culture that encourages creative problem‑solving and teamwork.

Uphold compliance with industry standards and practices.

Monitor project performance and quality metrics to identify areas for enhancement.

Mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities.

What You Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree.

At least 10 years of experience leading quality assurance, test engineering, and quality management functions.

What Sets You Apart

Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering preferred.

Demonstrating executive presence with C‑level stakeholders.

Managing large, complex, multi‑vendor portfolios.

Leading diverse, multi‑location, and cross‑functional teams.

Integrating quality assurance with emerging technologies.

Proving success in enhancing customer satisfaction.

Balancing strategic vision with operational execution.

Being recognized as a thought leader in quality management.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $122,500 – $423,780. For residents of Washington state: $122,500 – $504,500. Compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location. The position includes an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
